Do you ship international?

When will you ship my order?

We strive to provide a seamless and efficient order processing experience for our customers. Once you place an order with us, we aim to process and dispatch it within 24 hours on working days. This means that once your order is confirmed, we work diligently to prepare it for shipment as quickly as possible. Please allow us up to 48 hours on the working days for the tracking information to become available.

To keep you informed about the status of your order, we provide regular updates through your registered email address. These updates will include information such as the order confirmation, shipment tracking details, and any other relevant notifications. 

What are the delivery charges?

–> Free shipping is provided for all orders within India that are equal to or exceed INR 2500.

–> A Standard Shipping Charge of Rs. 100 is applicable to all orders below INR 2500, regardless of the destination within India.

–> For international orders, a shipping fee of INR 2000 is charged.

What if I need the order to be dispatched immediately?

We understand that there are times when you order for a specific occasion and want the delivery to be made immediately. For times like those, we offer an express shipping option. This service ensures that your order is prioritized and dispatched immediately. The cost for express shipping is Rs. 250.

If you require express shipping, please provide us with your address details and any specific instructions to our customer support team on +919328559343. Once we receive this information, we will promptly confirm with our courier partner regarding the availability and estimated delivery time. We will then reach out to you with the confirmation and provide any necessary updates.

Please note that the availability of express shipping may vary depending on your location and the specific courier services available in your area.

How can I track my order?

* If you have placed an order as a guest, please follow the “Track Shipping” link in your confirmation email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or mail us your order no and email ID using which you had placed the order. For any order queries you can reach out to us on all weekdays except Sundays and government Holidays.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse our standard delivery time is 5-7 working days . Please note -orders to J&K, military addresses; rural domestic addresses and North India require two or more additional days to deliver. We work with all leading logistics partners in India to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your order. You can track your order at anytime with the provided tracking details in your email.

What if my product is undelivered?

We sincerely apologize in case your order is delayed. Please reach out to us with your registered email & order number and we will escalate the matter to the shipping partner on your behalf.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

For international shipping, we charge INR 2000 for all the orders . *Duties and taxes will be applicable as indicated by your Nation-state’s guidelines and will be borne by the client. On the off chance that you have any inquiries correlated with custom charges, kindly contact your local customs office. We are unable to guide you for the same as custom charges vary from Country to Country.

In case there is any import duty, taxes or brokerage fee applicable, it has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. For US and Australia, the orders usually do not have import duties.
